Empowerment

Hosted by APICS Fraser Valley

Empowerment. - Is this just the current buzzword of the decade - or is this what will really take organizations to increased competitiveness and profitability?

Session Background

Today and tomorrow - the major sources of competitive advantage lie not in new technology, but the dedication, the quality of commitment, and the competency of your workforce. The results of employee energy and creativity – human capital – are the company’s most important resource. Empowerment is the only fuel for the new workplace and the current generation employee.
