Philip qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Whinney in South Africa and moved to Canada in 1986 where he helped establish Syspro in North America. In 1998 he joined Manugistics (now part of the JDA Group) where as a Senior Business Consultant (Supply Chain) worked on projects with companies such as Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Del Monte, 20th Century Fox and others. He subsequently joined Sauder Industries in Vancouver where he held the position of CIO for more than 8 years. He is currently President of Aquilon Software Inc. a provider of ERP systems for small to medium size businesses.Philip brings not only his Accounting and Financial experience but has practical experience in Supply Chain Management, Project management, ERP implementations and custom software development.

Sean Hepple, a Waste Management Sustainability Consultant for Western Canada, joined Waste Management of Canada’s Sustainability Services (“WMSS”) in 2011. Sean is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology’s Operations Management program and holds a BHK from the University of British Columbia. In his role with WMSS, Sean conducts assessments and implements waste reduction plans for large food and retail chains, manufacturing facilities, and commercial properties throughout Western Canada. Sean assists Waste Management customers in developing and implementing education & recycling programs at their facilities. Sean is also a an executive member of the Vancouver Board of Trade’s (VBoT) Company of Young Professionals, a member of the VBoT’s Sustainability Committee, and on the Program Advisory Committee for BCIT’s Business Operations Management program.
